SumnerSevereWX provides severe weather content, community resources, and related information for Sumner County, Tennessee and surrounding areas, including blog content, a historical weather database, a spotter program map, live camera feeds, merchandise, sponsorship opportunities, and donation options.

SumnerSevereWX is an independent severe weather content platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a substitute for the National Weather Service or any other official government weather authority. Content on this Site, including forecasts, historical data, and spotter information, is provided for informational and community purposes only.

In the event of severe weather, always follow guidance from official sources such as the National Weather Service, local emergency management, and NOAA Weather Radio. Do not rely solely on this Site for life-safety decisions.

Certain features of the Site, including the ability to comment on blog posts, require you to sign in using a Google account. By signing in, you authorize us to receive basic profile information from Google (such as your name and email address) as described in our Privacy Policy.

Comments submitted by signed-in users are published immediately and are not reviewed before posting. You are solely responsible for the content of any comment you submit.

You must be at least 13 years old to create a Google account and to comment on the Site, consistent with Google's own account age requirements.

When commenting or otherwise interacting with the Site, you agree not to:

• Post content that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or obscene.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Post spam, advertising, or unauthorized promotional content.
• Upload viruses or any other malicious code.
• Violate the intellectual property rights of others.

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to remove any comment or restrict any user's access to commenting features at our discretion, at any time and without prior notice.

Merchandise offered through the Site is fulfilled through Printify, a third-party print-on-demand provider. When you choose to purchase merchandise, you will be directed to Printify to complete checkout. Printify handles payment processing, order fulfillment, shipping, and returns for merchandise purchases.

SumnerSevereWX is not responsible for issues arising from Printify's services, including but not limited to payment processing errors, shipping delays, product quality, or return and refund disputes. Please refer to Printify's own terms and policies for purchases made through their platform.

The Site allows businesses and individuals to sign up and pay for sponsorship packages, and allows individuals to make one-time donations or join the Sumner Circle recurring membership program, directly through the Site using a third-party payment processor.

All sponsorship and donation payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of purchase. Recurring memberships may be cancelled at any time; cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

The Site includes embedded live camera feeds and other third-party content, including the National Weather Network feed. These feeds are provided by third parties, and SumnerSevereWX does not guarantee their continuous availability, accuracy, or uptime.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and the SumnerSevereWX name and branding, is the property of SumnerSevereWX LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent, except for content you submit yourself, such as comments.

The Site and all content, features, and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SumnerSevereWX LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site, including but not limited to reliance on weather information, third-party merchandise, sponsorship, or donation transactions, or interruptions to live camera feeds or other embedded content.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SumnerSevereWX LLC, its owners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or content you submit.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including trusted weather sources and social media profiles. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for the content or practices of any linked third-party site.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to commenting or other interactive features of the Site at any time, for any reason, without notice.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent changes. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
